What is your GUT saying? →

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our LIGHT, not our darkness that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, who am I to be...brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be?

YOU ARE A CHILD OF GOD.

Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightening about shrinking so that other people won't feel unsure around you.

We were born to make manifest the Glory of God that is within us.

It is not just in some of us, it is in everyone.

As we let our own LIGHT shine, we consciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.
-Marianne Williamson

LADIES! Do you feel that churning in your stomach? in your gut? Did you know that our "gut" is our second brain? It is scientifically proven that your gut is directly connected to your brain. There are hundreds of million of neurons connecting the brain to the ENT (the enteric nervous system).  Your gut will SPEAK TO YOU.

That business you are to put your hands to? It's time. The relationship you finally need to walk away from...it's time. That boundary you need to set, it's TIME! That thing you need to let go of..it's time! The fear that has paralyzed you, it is time to release it and move with faith!

What is your gut telling you? I bind up the spirit of fear in Jesus name and bless each of you with Gods peace as you RISE up to new levels and punch fear in the face.

You have supernatural GRACE and Gods breath of wind behind your back.

Whether you are homeschooling your children or grandchildren, walking through a divorce, battling cancer, struggling with anxiety, trying to find happiness, maybe just trying to get through each day, each minute without losing it, wherever you fall, may you inhale GRACE and exhale PRAISE. Pay attention to what your body is saying to you and remember ACTION creates CLARITY! Just do something!
