Toned Arms Workout

Super sets!

  • Do each set and rest 30 seconds in between

  • Triceps extension (15-20)

  • Chest fly’s (15)

  • Rest

  • Chest press (15)

  • Row (15 each arm)

  • Rest

  • Bicep curl (15)

  • Tricep dip (20)

  • Rest

  • Push up (10-15)

  • Lunge with shoulder press (15 each arm)

Repeat entire set 3-4 times :)
