Do each set and rest 30 seconds in between
Triceps extension (15-20)
Chest fly’s (15)
Rest
Chest press (15)
Row (15 each arm)
Rest
Bicep curl (15)
Tricep dip (20)
Rest
Push up (10-15)
Lunge with shoulder press (15 each arm)
Repeat entire set 3-4 times :)
