Full-Body Workout PLUS a Self Tanning Body GLOW Tip

Watch to the end for a self tanning body GLOW tip :)

Super sets:

  • Squat to press (15)

  • Flies (15)

  • 30 sec rest or 30 sec of burpees for higher cardio

  • Reverse lunge w knee tuck (both sides )

  • Lunge hop (both sides)

  • 30 sec rest or oblique knee tuck

  • Dead lift (15)

  • Row (15-20)

  • 30 sec rest or squat jumps

  • Squat put weight down (15)

  • Side lunge. Both sides

  • Jump rope or jumping jacks

  • Walk or run!

Repeat entire set 3-4 times :)
